We’re happy to announce that Gabby (Plasma MS Dancing Doll) has achieved her championship title in Thailand this weekend. She also ended the year as the top-ranked mini schnauzer in Thailand in 2020.
I never really thought we would be able to take any dog to a championship this year, given the challenging situation that the world is now in. Truth to tell, dog showing was not at all on my mind this year, as I simply wanted to focus on the bare basics of life with my dogs by my side.
Thankfully, Gabby lives with my co-owner and her breeder Youngyut (Beer) Amjaroen in Bangkok, one of the few countries with nearly zero Covid-19 cases. Because of this, Bangkok has managed to hold dog shows, and Beer was able to prepare her beautifully for her campaign.
Gabby won back to back Best Junior in Show under judges Surak Nogkaew and Ponkrit Yaprom en route to her championship. She was masterfully handled by Flint Than Teeravedj and Chatrin Thoumon.
What a great birthday and Christmas gift this is for me in this year of global uncertainty and challenges.
